WhatsAPP Community Rules

This is a community, not a 1-on-1 coaching service. While we do our best to respond to questions, replies aren’t guaranteed. Coaches check in regularly, but not in real time—so some questions may go unanswered. Use this space to connect with others, share what’s worked for you, and support each other. The more you engage, the more valuable this group becomes for everyone.

Message Length
  • Keep messages concise and scannable. Being brief shows respect for everyone's time and attention, and is more likely to get a response.
Community Participation
  • Engage with and support your fellow members
  • Respond to others' questions if you have experience to share
  • Celebrate others' wins and contribute to discussions
  • Don't just drop questions and disappear - be part of the conversation
Message Format
  • No voice messages/audio clips
  • Use reactions (emoji responses) rather than sending a message with just an emoji
  • If sharing a link, include context about why you're sharing it
Channel Usage
  • Post in the appropriate channel (accountability, chit chat, questions + support, wins + results)
  • If unsure where to post, default to questions + support
Engagement Etiquette
  • Before asking a question, check if it's been recently answered or answered within the playlists in the APP (use the search function)
  • When asking for help, share what you've already tried
Returning members
If you are a returning member and have been previously removed from the WhatsAPP community you will need to email hello@vibewithmaggie.com to be re-added. Please include your WhatsApp phone number in your email.
