About Me

I always struggled with my weight— I gained a lot after having two babies. 16 months postpartum and I got nowhere... I tried everything you can think of to lose it. I didn’t find any lasting success until I learned WHY I was emotionally overeating and how to stop, and fix my relationship with food. It didn’t require feeling restricted, counting calories, or putting my life on hold.
