Is Vibe Club for you?

Vibe Club does not provide meal plans, shopping lists or macro suggestions. This is not your "getting started with keto" group. Vibe Club was created to help women sustain a lifestyle they love, live life to it's fullest, and take losing weight off your to-do list. It is recommended that you have been low-carb and/or keto for 2-3 months.

March 2017

This is where my keto journey began—16 months postpartum. My reason for keto and getting off sugar was so that I could beat the debilitating postpartum anxiety and depression that plagued me since having my son. My starting weight was 192 lbs.

October 2018

It took me 19 months to lose 52 lbs. So much trial and error, emotional eating, and falling off the wagon for weeks and sometimes months. After finally losing my weight, I got pregnant again this month.

August 2019

2 months postpartum after my second baby. My starting weight was 177lbs. I was confident in my ability to lose my baby weight again using the new tools I had learned to avoid all the off-keto eating.

August 2020

I lost all my baby weight by April 2020. Down 33lb without all the drama of the first go of postpartum keto. No weight loss rollercoaster or confusion, just the tools to plan and follow through without the resistance from my brain.
