Today we discussed how everyone is feeling about the challenge, the New Year, and that feeling of being less excited than when the challenge first started. We also discussed curiosity worksheets and how they aren't a failure, equal swaps on your 24 hour plan, and perfectionism.
Today we coached Cassie on her hatred for the gym and why she couldn't just learn to love working out. We coached Katie Rae on her "why" and how to create a why that didn't stress her out or scare her. Nicole got coached on her urges for Keto sweets and helped her process a feeling on the call.
